What is a "brand" A brand is intangible . It is the inherent promise that a company makes to the customer.

Have you ever been in the grocery store and noticed that there is a line with 20 people in it and literally right beside there is a line with 2 people? It happens all the time. The other day I was in Walgreens Drugstore. There was a long line @ the front. I thought …”just great”(cause I hate waiting in line). Right then over the intercom someone announced that they were open for customer checkout at the photo counter. It was literally just a short walk away. I of course hurried over, sure that many people would get there ahead of me. When I got up to the counter and looked around, no one… I looked back and they all were still in the other line. Literally, I’m not joking and it was a super long line. I paid for my stuff and strolled on out, and passed that long line still standing there. I always wonder why people are drawn to the longest line….hmm.I think we have been programmed to believe that there is always got to be a reason the line is so short. A negative reason that is. Or that everyone is doing it, so it’s got to be the best. Is it possible that the shortest line is just simply that? Short. Nothing extra.
I know that it is difficult to trust your instincts and try the shortest line cause you have been burned too many times. You get up to the cashier and she says, she is closed.:( It isn’t easy to take the risk of trying one more time. But what if….
Am I suggesting that you act rashly and not sensibly make a choice? No, we must be wise but the truth is we have become so cautious that we would rather let opportunities pass us by than take the risk of being burned again. I understand but on the other hand what if it works?????
I have decided that I am not going to spend my life in a long line just because I am afraid to move. Join me and actively look for the shortest line. Life is really too short to stand waiting around for something to happen…
When you’re shopping next time take a look around. Maybe you’re in the wrong line

We have these classic sayings like you know “GOOD guys always finish last or why do the GOOD die young? How about “a GOOD deed never goes unpunished!!” ” Even, ” it sounds too GOOD to be true….” Tragic! It seems to be a time in history that richly rewards the BAD guy! Maybe you are having the time of your life, but I know a quite a few people for whom life is not a picnic.
Are you one of the chosen few, the last of a dying breed, a goody two shoes? You can’t seem to help yourself, you are always the one left holding the bag….and it’s always full of you know what
yeah!!!!
Maybe you’re feeling all alone or forgotten. You have a great idea and no real way of getting it off the ground. You pray for God to help and no help seems to be available at this time. Well maybe God does have answers but they might be delivered as a voice booming from heaven. Maybe it’s via a textmessage, a google search or even …facebook. Remember “God works in mysterious ways.” Did you ever hear the joke about a guy who dies in a flood and is thoroughly upset. He tells God that he prayed and still drowned. God replies:”Well I sent a boat and you told them to go on, God would deliver you. “Exactly….The method of deliverance is based on ideas that we have never used or are not conventional, but what have you got to lose?
Some ideas work, some don’t…that’s not a revelation. I think sometimes GOOD people can throw out “the baby with the bath water”(I”m just full of witty saying
The bible does say that He that winneth souls is WISE, that we should be WISE as a serpent and remain harmless as a dove. It’s the LOVE of money that is the root of all evil, not the money itself. It is better used in the hands of a GOOD person I think. So don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and do things a little differently. Let the Holy Spirit be your guide and lean not on your own old ways that really didn’t work out so well anyway.
Hey, I’m Roxi, the Rebellious Teacher. How are you? Welcome to my classroom. I love to ask questions, all sorts of questions. I didn’t realize that I couldn’t ask questions about everything. I think that’s why I added the rebellious tag. I am actually pretty conservative by nature. I am rebellious by necessity.
I’ve always been this way. In Sunday School, I asked about God’s Wife. (extremely inappropriate in my Sunday School as I soon found out.) This blog is about all sorts of things. Check out the topics menu, I’m sure you will learn something, or your comment will teach us something new.
Well, here’s a bit of my story and why I am Roxi the Rebellious Teacher. I find the sometimes it is extremely difficult to be a woman, now add a woman in ministry oooh yeah!!!! When I lived in Canada, I used to say great, I’m young, I’m black and I’m a woman and God you want me to do WHAT???? Now living in America I just say, God I’m ….., black & a woman and you want me to do WHAT????

Roxi @ 2, oh so sweet, what happened?
Let me tell you what the “WHAT????” is. Where shall I start? hmmm… at the beginning? Good idea. I was born in Guyana, South America on May 11, 19…
I was a breech child and they had to yank me out. I don’t think I was excited to come! I lived in Guyana, South America till I was 5 and then through a series of unbelievable amazing miracles, I landed in Canada. By the time I was 5, I had seen unexplainable things happen and so when I came to Canada it was too late to tell me that miracles don’t happen.
